Job summary

JM Family seeks a bilingual F&I Specialist (Spanish/English) to train dealer partners across Zone 11. You will build deep relationships, communicate JM&A value, and drive growth in a nationwide arena.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish is required for this role due to business needs in the assigned territory.
• 2+ years experience as a full-time primary F&I Manager; additional dealership Variable Operations experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel 100% nationwide and relocate anywhere in the country upon promotion.
