The position emphasizes scheduling, training, and maintaining brand-standard cleanliness across guest rooms and public spaces, with daily coordination with Front Desk and Maintenance.

Qualifications

• Spanish-speaking required.
• 1–2 years of housekeeping supervisory experience.
• 3–5 years of hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Lead, schedule, train, and develop the housekeeping team.
• Assign rooms and staffing based on occupancy and workload.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for brand standards.
• Coordinate daily with Front Desk and Maintenance.
• Manage linens, supplies, carts, and inventory.
• Monitor productivity, timekeeping, and team performance.
• Conduct walk-throughs and address cleanliness or maintenance concerns.
• Handle Lost & Found procedures and complete performance reviews.
