Responsibilities

• Foster an educational environment conducive to learning and growth.
• Plan instructional programs meeting individual and group needs; prepare lesson plans.
• Establish classroom policies and provide guidance, counseling, and discipline as needed.
• Communicate with students, parents, and staff to support achievement.

• Direct activities of assigned non-certificated personnel and participate in staff meetings.
