Job summary

Spring Branch ISD is seeking a Bilingual/ESL (LEP) Teacher Assistant to assist in the implementation of Bilingual/ESL programs. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills in both English and Spanish and be certified as an Educational Aide.

You will help manage instructional materials and support the teacher in classroom activities while working closely with students. This position facilitates an engaging environment for learning in a diverse community.

Qualifications

• Educational Aide Certification is required.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Minimum qualification of 48 college hours or high school diploma/equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out the instructional program.
• Prepare and organize instructional materials.
• Assist teachers in the computer lab.

Skills

Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)

Ability to work and communicate with children and adults effectively

Ability to work with children

Education
