Job summary

VOLC Group is seeking an ERP Support Specialist to resolve data discrepancies, monitor transactions, and support billing and inventory tasks. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish and experienced with ERP and WMS systems.

Responsibilities include data resolution, reporting, pricing maintenance, and collaboration across teams to improve processes. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Degree in information systems, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting ERP systems, warehouse operations, inventory control, or data management.
• Experience with ERP transaction monitoring and data validation processes.
• Knowledge of inventory management, order processing, and pricing administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Availability to provide on-call support outside of regular business hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for warehouse data resolution and investigate discrepancies.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, errors, and improvement opportunities.
• Support billing operations, inventory reconciliation, and related transactions.
• Manage and monitor order releases for timely processing and fulfillment.
• Monitor ERP and WMS transactions for data accuracy and efficiency.
• Upload, validate, and maintain pricing data in company systems.
• Generate reports and conduct advanced data analysis using Excel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain data integrity across warehouse and enterprise systems.
• Assist in identifying, documenting, and implementing process improvements.
