Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and business partners.
  • Provide professional bilingual support in English and Spanish via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and strategic partners.
  • Coordinate communications with suppliers and service providers.
  • Monitor vendor performance and follow up on orders, deliveries, and outstanding requests.
  • Assist with vendor onboarding and documentation as needed.
  • Maintain accurate vendor records and information.
  • Support the sales team with order processing, documentation, and customer follow-up.
  • Assist with purchasing activities, including purchase order creation, tracking, and vendor coordination.
  • Monitor inventory-related information and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy of pricing, product information, and order details.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Required
