Qualifications you’ll bring:
- Two or more years in a customer service or sales environment, with some experience in the health care industry such as a hospital, medical office, or health insurance company
- The ability to speak more than one language (for example, English and Creole, Haitian, Spanish)
- An associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience
- Must have a valid driver's license
- The availability to work full-time, virtually, with some travel including nights and weekend hours
- Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth
- Humility to play as a team
- Commitment to being the difference for our customers in every interaction
Your key responsibilities:
- Spearhead membership growth initiatives by identifying eligible individuals and seamlessly enrolling them in various plans including Medicaid, Child Health Plus, Essential Plan, QHPs, HARP, Off-Exchange, Medicare Advantage, and D-SNP.
- Conduct outreach activities at health fairs, community expos, festivals, and holiday events to present our health care solutions and increase MVP's visibility. Collaborate with Field Marketing and Community Engagement Representatives to drive growth.
- Build relationships with community organizations, medical providers, and contacts to develop a strong network within your territory.
- Generate and convert leads into MVP customers through tracking and follow-up.
- Lead community events twice a month to showcase our health solutions and strengthen community ties.
- Travel locally to promote MVP's services across your assigned area.
- Participate in screenings and immunizations as part of community health initiatives.
- Transport materials up to 30 lbs. to educate and empower customers about health care options.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support our mission of improving health care delivery.
