Healthcare.com in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Bilingual Enrollment Pharmacy Technician for TrustRx Pharmacy to work entirely by phone. You’ll assist English- and Spanish-speaking patients and partners to set up their medications quickly and accurately.

Work is Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m., with a calm, low-stress environment, strong benefits, and opportunities to grow with a national healthcare technology company.

Formación

• Bilingual English/Spanish with professional phone etiquette.
• Active AZ Pharmacy Technician license, or trainee eligible.
• Strong customer service background and data entry proficiency.
• Available Monday–Friday 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Experience with Windows-based applications and pharmacy software systems.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome every caller and be the first voice for patients, prescribers, and referral partners in English and Spanish.
• Record patient demographics, prescription, prescriber and insurance information in the pharmacy system.
• Provide phone-based support and resolve issues on the first call when possible.
• Coordinate prescription fulfillment and insurance coordination with providers and carriers.
• Schedule first fills and expedite deliveries with the fulfillment team and carriers.
• Log notes and alert sales reps to account exceptions for referrals.
• Route clinical questions to the pharmacist as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality and workflow efficiency.
• Protect patient privacy and comply with HIPAA and state regulations.
