Healthcare.com is seeking a bilingual Enrollment Pharmacy Technician for TrustRx Pharmacy in Phoenix, AZ. This phone-only role has a Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

schedule with no nights or weekends, and no walk-ins. You’ll greet patients in English and Spanish, collect demographics, process prescriptions, verify coverage with insurers, and coordinate deliveries with the fulfillment team to ensure timely medication access.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active AZ Pharmacy Technician license or trainee license with goal to become licensed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is essential.
• Strong customer service background and professional phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Welcome callers in English and Spanish; be the first contact for patients, prescribers and referrals.
• Record patient demographics, prescriptions, insurer data in the pharmacy system and update referrals.
• Provide phone-based support to patients, physicians and insurers; resolve issues on first call when possible.
• Coordinate prescriptions, coverage with insurers, and work with fulfillment to schedule deliveries.
• Log notes for interactions and support sales as needed; escalate clinical questions to the pharmacist.
