Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Liaison in Phoenix, AZ, within Pharmacy Specialty. The role coordinates patient care, guides enrollment through plan steps, and helps overcome barriers such as prior authorizations and high medication costs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• >10 months of pharmacy technician experience in a specialty pharmacy is required.
• CPhT certification is required by the Arizona Board of Pharmacy.
• PTCB certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patients through a plan of care and overcome barriers to access.
• Assist with prior authorizations, benefits investigation and financial assistance.
• Provide support to patients through the specialty pharmacy process and enrollment phases.
• Educate patients, families and providers about available services and options.
• Support the fulfillment center and ensure compliant, timely service.
