Job summary

It Takes A Village Family of Schools (ITAV) seeks a Bilingual Enrollment & Administration Clerk to support enrollment, family engagement, and administrative operations at our Early Learning Center in Chicago. This role ensures ERSEA compliance and creates a welcoming experience for families and visitors.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required to communicate with diverse families. The position reports to Site Directors, offers full-time, 12-month employment, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of enrollment/administration experience.
• Fluency in spoken and written Spanish and English.
• Ability to translate documents with Spanish-speaking families.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead enrollment and ERSEA administration to maintain full program capacity.
• Serve as liaison between families, staff and partners.
• Provide bilingual reception and administrative support.
• Maintain accurate enrollment, attendance, and records.
• Support family engagement activities and events.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and compliance documentation.
