Responsibilities

• Represent Cano Health and assist enrollment and eligibility discussions with members and prospects.
• Guide patients through insurance and payment options, enrollments, and credit applications.
• Coordinate with health plan agents and brokers; achieve enrollment targets.
• Verify insurance coverage and maintain ongoing communication with members.
• Generate reports on new enrollment and participate in center/community activities.
