Job summary

Elevate is seeking a Contractor Development Coordinator (Bilingual) in Portland, OR for a full-time, hybrid role supporting the Clean Energy Workforce and Contractor Training programs. This position focuses on increasing participation of historically marginalized communities and small businesses in the energy sector.

You will work with project managers, attend events, recruit participants, assist with paperwork, track data, and collaborate to refine programs in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 2 years of community building or related experience or completion of related certificate/program.
• Minimum 1 year in clean energy or energy efficiency industries or related program.
• Commitment to advancing marginalized communities.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Elevate and Workforce and Contractor Development team’s Vision, Mission, and Values to stakeholders.
• Attend in-person and virtual events relating to Elevate’s Workforce and Contractor Development work.
• Conduct outreach to recruit participants for enrollment in programming.
• Support program applicants and participants with program paperwork and requirements.
• Track and follow up with participants for ongoing support and engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with participants and community partners.
• Coordinate training spaces, speakers, stipends, and wrap around supports.
• Provide case management and data reporting for project managers.
