Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage energy-efficiency upgrades for income-qualified households across Oregon. You’ll move projects from assessment to scheduling, liaising with home energy advisors and contractors, in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish, spoken and written.
• 2+ years coordinating projects, cases, or customer-facing services.
• Strong written communication—document decisions and next steps clearly.
• Able to work independently and manage competing deadlines without errors.
• Experience with incentive or rebate programs, CRM or project-tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Move projects from assessment to approval and scheduling.
• Manage a pipeline with multiple projects at different stages.
• Be the point of contact for customers and contractors in English and Spanish.
• Maintain project trackers in Excel and other program reporting tools.
• Identify roadblocks and collaborate with the team to remove them.
• Support program improvement with documentation of conversations and feedback.
