Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an entry-level Bilingual Residential Energy Auditor based in Wenatchee, WA to join our field team. You will conduct energy efficiency audits focusing on HVAC systems, provide customized recommendations, educate clients on energy savings, and verify installations for income-qualified customers in the Chelan PUD territory.

You will liaison between customers and contractors, review scope of work with installers, and ensure questions are answered throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle within Chelan PUD territory.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• BPI certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Basic understanding of residential energy efficiency, home construction, HVAC, or willingness to learn.
• Background in customer service with sensitivity to underserved populations.
• Highly detail-oriented with ability to learn quickly.
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, tight areas, and at heights.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and QuickBase.

Responsibilities

• Act as a local on-site program representative to build trust with customers and partner with contractors to drive program participation.
• Travel throughout Chelan PUD territory up to 70% of the time.
• Develop detailed home energy assessment reports and create a scope of work with installation recommendations, focusing on HVAC systems.
• Support contractor walkthroughs and bidding by providing assessment reports.
• Conduct post-installation inspections for quality and compliance with the program.
• Communicate with customers and contractors via email and phone for follow-ups and next steps.
• Assist with other administrative program tasks when not in the field.
