Job summary

FNS in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Data Specialist to manage warehouse data systems, optimize WMS operations, and support daily tasks. Ideal candidate has hands-on WMS, data analysis, Excel, and experience with PDA/RF scanners, plus a solid warehouse background.

This role also involves coordinating temporary staff, ensuring inventory accuracy, and driving data-driven improvements to SOPs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong Excel skills including PivotTables and XLOOKUP.
• Experience analyzing inventory or operations data.
• Bilingual in Korean and English required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in fast-paced warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Data management and analysis: collect, analyze, and report daily warehouse metrics.
• Maintain and optimize WMS for receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and inventory mismatches in real time.
• Manage handheld scanning equipment and ensure accurate data collection.
• Train staff on scanning protocols and barcode usage.
• Coordinate daily workforce and temporary staff schedules.
