Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of logistics operations, inventory control, and material flow management.
• Familiarity with KPI tracking, Lean processes, and Kaizen improvement activities is preferred.
• Experience supervising and leading warehouse teams.
• Strong understanding of inventory control practices and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to generate reports.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in Korean and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Inbound & Material Receiving & Storage: Oversee receiving processes and ensure quantity and condition accuracy.
• Production Line Support: Deliver materials to production lines and ensure timely support for schedules.
• Inventory Control: Conduct regular counts, report discrepancies, and maintain accuracy.
• Safety: Follow safety guidelines and participate in training and compliance activities.
• Additional Duties: Review shipping instructions, coordinate with on-site teams, and summarize daily operational status.
