Job summary

FNS, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Phoenix, AZ to manage inbound receiving, storage, and material flow to production lines. You will supervise warehouse teams, track KPIs, and ensure accurate inventory and timely shipments.

The role requires strong logistics understanding, Korean bilingual ability, and proficiency in WMS and MS Office. This is a full-time on-site position with a night shift allowance.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of logistics operations and inventory control.
Experience with KPI tracking and Lean/Kaizen improvement.
Experience supervising warehouse teams.
Proficiency with WMS and MS Office for reporting.

Responsibilities

Oversee inbound receiving, storage quantity accuracy.
Coordinate material flow to production lines and ensure timely supply.
Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
Uphold safety guidelines and participate in training.
Communicate with on-site teams and summarize daily operations.
Track KPIs and identify inefficiencies for improvements.
