Job summary

The State Employment Security Dept is looking for a qualified individual to resolve work-related conflicts and assist the Housing Manager in Okanogan, Washington. Candidates must be willing to commit to the full contract period, possess strong verbal communication skills in Spanish and basic skills in English, and have 6 months of experience with agricultural employers. A valid Washington Driver's License and the ability to lift 50 lbs are also required. All tools and supplies will be provided by the employer.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve work related conflicts between workers and employer member.
• Provide oversight and assistance for Housing Manager within the assigned region.
