Modular Mission Critical MMC, part of M.C. Dean, Inc., is hiring an Employee Relations Specialist to support a manufacturing campus near Richmond, VA. This role liaises between employees and management, investigates complaints, and helps ensure a compliant, respectful workplace.

Requires 2+ years in employee relations, a Bachelor's degree, fluency in English and Spanish, and travel up to 15%. Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' relevant experience in employee relations or related field, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
• Occasional travel up to 15% of the year.

Responsabilités

• Act as a liaison between employees and management.
• Investigate complaints, provide counseling and work toward resolution.
• Recommend corrective actions and support supervisors with discipline.
• Facilitate annual performance reviews and open enrollment communications.
• Educate employees on benefits and ensure posters are up to date.
