Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in employee relations or related field (construction/engineering industry preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between employees and management.
• Investigate complaints and provide counseling; support conflict resolution with supervisors.
