Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional to join our MMC campus team in Virginia. The role focuses on acting as a liaison between employees and management, investigating complaints, and guiding disciplinary processes with corporate HR support.

The successful candidate will coordinate performance reviews, orientation, and labor law compliance while ensuring clear communication with supervisors and staff across the site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' relevant experience in employee relations or related field, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between employees and management.
• Investigate complaints, provide counseling and work toward conflict resolution.
• Recommend corrective actions and support supervisors with discipline and the separation process.
• Facilitate the annual performance review process in conjunction with corporate HR.
• Be familiar and facilitate new hire orientation.
