You will liaise between staff and management, investigate complaints, and drive fair, compliant processes across benefits, performance reviews, and onboarding. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in employee relations, a Bachelor's in a relevant field, bilingual English/Spanish, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in employee relations or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Serve as liaison between employees and management.
• Investigate complaints and support conflict resolution.
• Coach supervisors on HR policies and ensure compliance.
• Support performance reviews and new hire orientation.
• Maintain labor law posters and educate on benefits.
• Answer employee inquiries and assist with enrollment.
