Job summary

Malone is actively recruiting an Employee Care Specialist in Moreno Valley, CA for a part-time role dedicated to supporting the physical and emotional well-being of our internal and field staff.

You will work with the employee care manager to provide guidance on personal and work-related issues, facilitate stress management training, mediate conflicts, maintain confidential records and promote a character-focused culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Certification in counseling or employee assistance programs is preferred.
• Proven experience in employee relations, coaching, counseling, or similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Empathetic and compassionate nature, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS software.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

TheEmployee Care Specialistis primarily responsible for working with the employee care manager in creating a positive work environment and support the physical and emotional well-being of internal and field employees. This includes face-to-face engagement with employees at all levels, analyzing sensitive situations in order to provide guidance and resources, record keeping, and reinforcing a character focused culture.
