Malone Solutions seeks an Onsite Specialist to manage daily client-site activities and provide administrative support. You will recruit, screen, and onboard temporary staff, while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring safety standards.

Location is Loves Park, IL with standard Monday–Friday hours. Strong organization, communication, and MS Office skills are essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Customer service and staffing/recruiting/HR experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
• Leadership/management experience preferred.
• Warehouse/manufacturing experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Background-check eligibility required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with checking in new hires on their start date.
• Recruit and source candidates and interview/screen for openings.
• Perform drug screens and background checks as needed.
• Provide feedback and address performance concerns.
• Orientate new employees on policies and safety expectations.
• Build relationships with client and on-site staff.
• Maintain and present weekly reports to leadership.

Position Summary:

The Onsite Specialist is primarily responsible for managing daily activities at the client site, providing administrative support, along with fostering a positive relationship with the client. This includes overseeing operational tasks are completed in a timely manner according to client specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

The Responsibilities:

• Assist with checking in new hires on their start date
• Recruit and Source candidates
• Interview and screen candidates for current and future job openings
• Perform drug screens and background checks as needed
• Conduct observations of temporary associates to ensure safety and best practices are followed
• Provide feedback to temporary associates
• Address any performance or attitude concerns of temporary associates
• Orientate new employees on company policies and safety expectations
• Build relationships with client, as well as on-site employees
• Maintain and present weekly reports to leadership

The Qualifications:

• Must have customer service experience and staffing/recruiting/HR experience
• Being bilingual in both English and Spanish is a plus
• Must have experience in leadership, management is preferred
• Previous experience working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Must be able to work Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:30pm (OR 11:00am-7:30pm)
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Background check eligibility
