Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring an Onsite Specialist in Loves Park, IL. The role focuses on managing daily client-site activities, recruiting and screening candidates, and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will coordinate onboarding, ensure safety, and deliver weekly leadership reports. The position offers full-time hours with a structured schedule and opportunities for advancement within a relaxed, collaborative office environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in staffing or HR environments.
• Experience in leadership or supervision is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with checking in new hires on their start date
• Recruit and source candidates
• Interview and screen candidates for current and future job openings
• Perform drug screens and background checks as needed
• Conduct observations of temporary associates to ensure safety and best practices
• Provide feedback to temporary associates
• Address any performance or attitude concerns of temporary associates
• Orientate new employees on company policies and safety expectations
• Build relationships with client, as well as on-site employees
• Maintain and present weekly reports to leadership

Position Summary:

The Onsite Specialist is primarily responsible for managing daily activities at the client site, providing administrative support, along with fostering a positive relationship with the client. This includes overseeing operational tasks are completed in a timely manner according to client specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

The Qualifications:

• Must have customer service experience and staffing/recruiting/HR experience
• Being bilingual in both English and Spanish is a plus
• Must have experience in leadership, management is preferred
• Previous experience working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Must be able to work Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:30pm (OR 11:00am-7:30pm)
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Background check eligibility
