Savista is hiring an Eligibility Specialist I to help patients navigate financial assistance programs at Centinela Hospital Medical Center in Inglewood, CA. You will meet patients, collect documentation, and guide them through complex enrollment processes with empathy.

Your role requires strong English/Spanish communication, organizational skills, and a commitment to high‑quality patient service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Customer-facing experience in healthcare or financial counseling preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and empathy.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with patients in person to assess eligibility for financial assistance programs.
• Reach out by phone to support required screenings and documentation.
• Guide patients through Medicaid, Medicare, disability, and charity care applications.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and agencies to resolve eligibility issues.
• Maintain accurate confidential records and comply with HIPAA policies.
• Use multiple software systems to document and report patient information.
• Provide coverage at nearby hospital locations as needed.
