Job summary

Ace Electric is seeking a Bilingual Training Instructor to deliver engaging electrical training through a mix of lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises within Ace University Training Programs.

The role requires bilingual Spanish and English, strong communication, and the ability to maintain records and use classroom technology. Experience with NEC, OSHA 10/30, and MEWP training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to mentor and share knowledge with others.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow document-control procedures.
• Ability to work with trainees of varying knowledge levels.
• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code.
• Knowledge of electrical theory.
• OSHA 10 / 30, MEWP Certifications, NFPA 70E Training, CPR Certification.
• Ability to operate MEWP equipment and classroom technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver curriculum using diverse instructional methods in Ace University Training Programs.
• Develop lesson plans and ensure learning objectives are met.
• Deliver clear instruction to groups of varying sizes and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Prepare and facilitate hands-on lab exercises related to the curriculum.
• Operate MEWP equipment and ensure safety compliance.
• Evaluate student understanding and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain training records including attendance and course completions.
• Follow document-control procedures for training materials and records.
• Enforce all safety policies and maintain a professional classroom setting.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
