Job summary

Loenbro seeks an Electrical Instructor to design and deliver comprehensive electrical training across multiple states (AZ, CO, IA, MT, WY). The role involves coaching apprentices, coordinating curricula, and ensuring compliance with safety standards, with bilingual instruction in English and Spanish.

Proven experience as an industrial electrician, NCCER involvement, and ability to mentor teams are valued as Loenbro strengthens its apprenticeship programs and workforce development strategy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; NCCER qualifications preferred.
• Technical certifications or journeyman/master credentials are advantageous.
• Bilingual Fluency (English/Spanish) is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bilingual electrical training using NCCER curriculum.
• Schedule classes, manage payroll coordination and records.
• Instruct NEC code updates, NFPA 70e, and safety training.
• Maintain a professional classroom environment.
• Coach apprentices and track progress.
• Manage certifications and re-certifications.
• Develop and track training KPIs and program updates.
• Hold weekly check-ins with students and maintain logs.
