Qualifications

• Strong grasp of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple levels of electrical apprentice training.
• Deliver training in both English and Spanish.
• Conduct assessments to identify training needs.
• Track performance indicators to measure training effectiveness.
• Enforce safety policies and report unsafe conditions.
