Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an Electrical Apprenticeship Instructor to design, deliver, and coordinate electrical training in multiple states. You will guide apprentices and field professionals, using advanced electrical knowledge and curriculum planning to support Loenbro’s workforce development strategy.

The role requires bilingual delivery in English and Latin American Spanish and acts as a subject‑matter expert for training processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years as Industrial/Commercial Electrician, with crew leadership preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience mentoring or training apprentices or field teams.
• High school diploma required; NCCER, journeyman/master credentials are a plus.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Loenbro's electrical apprentice training using the NCCER curriculum across settings.
• Deliver content in English and Latin American Spanish.
• Provide job-specific training on NEC, NFPA 70e, and safety instructions.
• Maintain a professional, supportive classroom environment.
• Conduct assessments to identify knowledge gaps and update curricula.
