Muth Electric Inc, Mitchell, SD, is hiring a Bilingual Recruiter to drive talent acquisition for electricians, apprentices, and foremen. The role requires fluent English and Spanish, with responsibilities spanning recruitment, translation, onboarding, and candidate relationship management.

You will build a strong pipeline, partner with field leadership, and participate in job fairs and outreach to attract skilled trade professionals.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting electricians, construction trades or skilled trades is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide Spanish translation and interpretation across departments (Recruiting, HR, Safety, Operations).
• Translate documents, policies, and training materials into Spanish as needed.
• Recruit electricians, apprentices, foremen, and other skilled electrical personnel.
• Source passive candidates via calls, texts, social media, job boards and networking.
• Screen candidates for electrical experience, skills, and cultural fit; conduct interviews.
