Job summary

Developmental Disabilities Resource Center seeks a full-time Bilingual Early Intervention Service Coordinator for Summit County. You will coordinate EI services for birth-3 children, from eligibility through transition, serving as the primary contact for families.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required. The role emphasizes family-centered practice, IFSP meetings, timely service delivery, and collaboration with providers, with a Monday-Thursday schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, social work, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five years of relevant case management experience if no degree.
• Demonstrated verbal and written fluency in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EI services from eligibility through transition for birth-3 children.
• Serve as the family's main point of contact and lead IFSP meetings.
• Ensure services are delivered on time and in a family-centered way.
• Support families as primary decision-makers and connect to community resources.
• Plan transitions out of EI, including preschool options and required timelines.
• Maintain regular contact with families, providers, and partners; use interpreters when needed.
• Ensure documentation, consent, and confidentiality in compliance with laws; participate in trainings.
