Job summary

DDRC is seeking a Bilingual Early Intervention Service Coordinator to support Summit County families with children birth-3 years, coordinating EI services from eligibility through transition. The role emphasizes family-centered practice, timely IFSP meetings, and collaboration with providers and community resources.

Candidates should be fluent in English and Spanish, hold a related degree or equivalent experience, and possess case management expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, social work, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five years of relevant case management experience if no degree.
• Demonstrated verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EI services from eligibility through transition as main point of contact for families.
• Lead IFSP meetings and ensure services are delivered on time and in a family-centered way.
• Collaborate with families, providers, and partners to connect to community resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation, consent, and confidentiality per state and federal regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and team meetings
