Job summary

A global manufacturing company is seeking a Health Safety Environment Advisor to elevate its safety culture at a flagship location. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years EHS experience and a relevant B.S. degree. Responsibilities include coaching staff, conducting incident investigations, and supporting ISO and OSHA programs. This full-time role is based in Youngstown, OH, and may require relocation for candidates outside the area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of EHS experience in a high-risk setting, 10+ years preferred.
• Additional safety training/certifications required such as CSP/CIH/CHST.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and support staff regarding EHS programs/risks.
• Perform trainings, incident investigations, data tracking/reporting, and audits.
• Build relationships with employees across a variety of departments.
