Job summary

MEDITECH is seeking an EHR Integration Architect to optimize customer buildouts by aligning workflows across departments and sites. You will lead assessments, collaborate with experts, and set strategic directions for integrated products to minimize post-live changes.

The role requires strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills, with travel up to 25% within the US and Canada and a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred; MEDITECH and/or Healthcare experience.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 25% within the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Serve as authority on healthcare workflows to develop integrated workflows and best practices.
• Conduct assessments to identify key workflows supporting customer goals.
• Collaborate with knowledge experts to define priorities and objectives.
• Set direction for integrated products and how they are implemented.
• Conduct training and build dictionaries to support integrated workflows.
• Discuss concepts with sites and identify high level decision areas impacting builds.
• Define and write HCIS-wide architectural workflow and builds.
• Perform site visits and customer evaluations during implementation.
• Be a resource for functionality and system use for Client Services and Product Development.
• Maintain understanding of third-party software integration with HCIS.
• Troubleshoot and research software problems.
• Collaborate with Development to define innovative workflow solutions.
• Interpret user feedback to inform workflow design decisions.
• Attend stakeholder meetings, design reviews, and demos to represent development needs.
• Lead MEDITECH sponsored activities and discussions on product needs.
• Travel 25% nationwide.
