Job summary

EARLY LEARNING ESSENTIALS in Mapleton, UT seeks a senior Education Supervisor to ensure continuous PLA implementation and to lead the agency's dual language support for English language learners while supervising education staff.

The role includes ensuring services for children with IEPs, behavioral/health plans, and developing social, intellectual, and school readiness outcomes in line with Head Start standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Experience supervising in an early childhood education program.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; culturally competent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Child Development Specialists and Instructional Coaches.
• Ensure teachers deliver comprehensive education services to Head Start children, including ELLs and those with IEPs.
• Support the agency's school readiness plan in accordance with Head Start standards and policies.
