The position requires a Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field, experience with children under 5, and fluency in Haitian Creole, with a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle. A $3000 new hire bonus is offered.

• Bachelor's or Master's in Early Intervention, Early Childhood, Special Education, Child Development or related fields.
• Experience with children under 5.
• Fluency in Haitian Creole.
• Valid driver's license and access to insured vehicle.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and provide weekly in-home early educational services for a caseload of infant/toddlers with disabilities including developmental delays and programs for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders.
• Administer and document all program assessments and updates accurately to meet timelines.
• Design, implement, and adapt activities for language, cognitive, fine and gross motor, sensory, self-help, and social/emotional development for each child, utilizing best practices.
• Model effective adult-child interactions and provide written information on parenting, child development, and provide parents with written weekly activities and effective coaching.
• Monitor, document, and share the child's progress with the family and team.
