Job summary

Sevita is hiring a Bilingual Early Intervention Specialist to deliver in-home educational services for infants and toddlers with developmental delays, including autism spectrum disorders. The role requires Spanish fluency and a dedication to supporting families in Framingham, MA.

Responsibilities include planning weekly sessions, assessing progress, and providing coaching to parents, with a focus on language, cognitive, motor, and social development. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must speak fluent Spanish.
• Experience with children under 5.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Early Intervention, Early Childhood, Special Education, Child Development, Psychology or Social Work.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and provide weekly in-home early educational services for infants/toddlers with disabilities.
• Administer and document program assessments and updates to meet timelines.
• Design and adapt activities for language, cognitive, motor, sensory, self-help and social development.
• Model effective adult-child interactions and provide parenting information and weekly activities.
• Monitor and share child progress with families and the team.
