This 2-in-1 role focuses on delivering engaging training experiences and coordinating cross-functional teams across borders.

You will lead two high-profile units in Japan and England, design courses in Japanese and English, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery while collaborating with technology

Qualifications

• Fluency in Japanese and English (oral and written) is essential.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple deliverables.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams across mediums.
• Experience designing/activity plans and coordinating tasks to meet deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Act as account manager and team lead for two global clients, located in Japan and England
• Design and develop interactive e-learning courses and modules in Japanese and English
• Maintain positive vendor relationships, both spoken and written
• Meet assigned deadlines and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks
• Coordinate assigned projects and daily activities
• Work with the Technology and Development teams to ensure client needs are met
• Support other team members with organizational initiatives as needed
