Qualifications

• Maintain and update product, pricing, and promotional data in Excel and retailer templates.
• Prepare product setup and promotion submissions for e-commerce partners.
• Validate SKU lists and product records for accuracy.
• Support data entry, order processing, and product information management activities.
• 1–2 years' related experience preferred.
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy.
• Proficiency with Excel including sorting, filtering, and templates.
• Experience with XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP.
• Ability to work with large data sets and meet deadlines.
• Bilingual English and Chinese for communication with overseas agents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate product, pricing, promotional, and SKU data using Excel and retailer templates.
• Prepare and enter new product, pricing, and promotion submissions for major retail partners.
• Review product files to identify missing, duplicate, inconsistent, or incorrect information.
• Verify submissions for accuracy, completeness, formatting, and compliance with templates.
• Update product records including cost, retail price, dimensions, color, finish, specifications, and related details.
• Support ongoing e‑commerce product data, promotional updates, and deadline‑driven retailer requirements.
