Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 0-6+ months of sales or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of cold call sales techniques and persuasive communication.
• Ability to travel within assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle.
• Familiarity with computer operating systems and consumer devices.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive new customer acquisition by door-to-door sales in MDUs with 49 or fewer doors.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales performance targets and penetration goals.
• Generate incremental revenue by adding Spectrum services to existing customers.
• Respond to problems per company policy and ensure resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors' pricing and offers in the territory.
