Job summary

CSL Plasma in Riviera Beach, Florida is seeking a Bilingual Donor Support Technician (English/Spanish) to prepare donors, equipment, and processes for pheresis. You will monitor procedures, respond to alarms, and document donor data using the PDA while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 3 months of healthcare-related experience, with basic math skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months’ work experience, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the donor, donor area and equipment for the pheresis process.
• Prepare the autopheresis machine for the pheresis process.
• Monitor the donor and the pheresis process and respond to alarms or signals.
• Disconnect the donor when the process is complete.
• Use PDA to record incidents, machine alerts and donor events.
• Link equipment and supplies to the appropriate donor in the system.
• Ensure accurate recording of donor data in the management system.
• Follow all HSE and OSHA policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure supplies are available.
• May be cross-trained in other areas to meet business needs.
