Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 3 years of sales or community outreach experience.
• Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Grow our blood donor base by recruiting and retaining donor groups to meet hospital transfusion needs.
• Meet with donor groups to plan recruitment and marketing strategies for blood drives.
• Plan and execute in-center blood drives and events to support donor growth.
• Coordinate logistics for drives, monitor recruitment, and resolve issues for success.
