Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3 years of sales or community outreach experience.
• Non-profit outreach experience highly regarded.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Grow donor base by recruiting and retaining donor groups to meet hospital transfusion needs.
• Meet with donor groups to plan effective recruitment and marketing for drives.
• Plan events and in-center drives to support donor growth at local locations.
• Coordinate logistics for each drive, monitor recruitment, and address issues for success.
• Evaluate drive performance and gather feedback for future planning.
• Educate the public on blood donation programs through speaking engagements and events.
• Prospect for new partnerships within the assigned region.
