Job summary

Miller-Keystone Blood Center, Bethlehem, PA, is seeking a Bilingual Account Manager to grow the donor base in the Allentown area. The anticipated annual salary starts at $46,000 and is commensurate with experience.

Full-time employees receive comprehensive benefits in a not-for-profit environment serving PA and NJ hospitals. You will meet with donor groups, plan recruitment strategies for blood drives, coordinate logistics, and educate the public about donation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred with 3 years of experience in a sales or community outreach.
• Experience with Outlook, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel (preferred).
• Experience in non-profit prospecting partnerships and educating on programs and initiatives.
• Strong time-management and planning abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent English/Spanish communication (verbal, written, and listening).

Responsibilities

• Grows donor base through recruiting and retaining donor groups to meet local hospital needs.
• Meets with donor groups to plan recruitment and marketing strategies for each blood drive.
• Plans in-center drives and events to support donor growth at our Hamilton location.
• Coordinates logistics for blood drives, monitors recruitment efforts, and resolves issues.
• Evaluates drive performance and collects feedback for future planning.
• Educates the public on blood donation and programs through engagements and events.
• Continuously prospects for new partnerships within the assigned region.
