Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple General Managers to meet restaurant standards and targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills.
• Analytical decision-making abilities.
• Computer literacy.
• 3–5 years of successful high-volume operational management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry.
• Track record of selecting, coaching, and developing managerial employees.
• Ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing Restaurant Managers to achieve operational excellence.
• Overseeing people, processes, and operations to drive excellence in day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Hiring, training, and motivating Restaurant Managers, Shift Managers, and restaurant teams.
• Setting goals, problem-solving, and improving processes while holding managers accountable to brand standards.
• Turning around low-performing restaurants.
