Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to restaurant managers and staff.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient functioning of all locations.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance profitability.
• Ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant managers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts.
• Oversee inventory control and supply chain management.
• Address and resolve operational issues and customer complaints.
• Provide regular reports on operational performance to senior management.
