Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a bilingual Dispatcher based in Baytown to coordinate phone sales and distribution of asphalt and crushed concrete products. The role involves order entry, coordination, and shipping based on customer orders, with daily communication across teams and customers.

The position requires the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, provide excellent customer service by phone, learn dispatch software, and maintain safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school/general education (GED) required.
• Experience in dispatch for asphalt & aggregate or transportation industry preferred.
• Must communicate effectively with customers and drivers to dispatch orders in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate the phone sales and distribution of asphalt and crushed concrete products.
• Enter orders and coordinate shipping based on customer orders.
• Maintain safe work environment and follow company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations.
• Assist drivers in finding jobsites and determine travel times.
• Build rapport with customers, team members, and vendors and maintain professional conduct.
