Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a Ready-Mix Dispatcher in the Cedar Park/Austin area. The role handles customer orders for ready-mixed concrete, dispatches trucks, and records order details for on-time deliveries. Reports to the Dispatch Manager.

The position requires strong communication, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with potential for long hours including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of related customer service experience or equivalent.
• Computer skills including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assign delivery professionals to specific jobs and dispatch trucks to plants and sites.
• Monitor truck activity and develop schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
• Interact daily with customers, CSC personnel and plant staff to ensure efficient deliveries.
• Receive customer orders by phone and review details for accuracy and materials required.
